Vortex by Skysealer Vortex by Skysealer
One of two refined sketches for *Silberry of the dragon Yuki! c:
I actually began work on both commissions today, but this is the first one to be finished. Might have the second one up later tonight. And crazy thing: The refined sketch layer somehow found itself merged with the sketch-fur layer... so I had to do some working around that I hope doesn't stand out much, if at all. :v

I did draw the legs in the initial sketch, but they were hidden rather inconveniently by the wings. Ah well. :S

Tools: Photoshop CS, Wacom Intuos 3
Time: Unrecorded, but started and finished today
Music: [Listened to] Super Replay: Mega Man Legends

I purposefully hide the legs with wings when I can :P

Anywho, this is really good! Are you going to color it, or just going to leave it in the sketch form?

The scales and wings are definitely the best part of the drawings. Must take a lot of patience (and practice) to be able to do it.
