And Let It Out by Skysealer And Let It Out by Skysealer
First inked image since July 2012! Just playing around with Sardi, it felt amazing to make another summer themed image. c:

Listened to 'Scream and Shout' as well as #thatPower by Will.I.Am on repeat for a long while.

I wanna scream and shout and let it all out
And scream and shout and let it out

This made me giggle so much more than it should have. Once again, beautiful work. I get uber jelly of how well you do feathers and stuff. Makes me wish I was that good.

When I read 'And let it out', I instantly thought of that song. Anyway, gorgeous art!! :D

Definitely love the perspective in this. Also, I always love the colors you pick for the atmosphere around Sardi. They are always so bright and vibrant (much like her) and they just serve to bring out her colors even more. This image is so happy and summer-y feeling to me which is just wonderfully refreshing. Keep it up girl! <3

Lookin good, Sky!

I did get a little confused for a brief second with her hand-arm-wings, but I've seen Sardi enough times that I figured it out quick enough. I wonder if having her hands/claws sticking out a tad would help make it a little clearer on first view what's going on visually?

Also out of curiosity, whereabouts did you find the foliage brushes you use? They look like excellent underpainting fodder!

Hmm, I didn't use any foliage brushes for this image. The primary foliage brush that I've used for other images came from Leventep. Not sure where the link to the download can be found anymore though.

Ah, yeah I wasn't sure if you had used them here, but I know you've used a really nice looking one in the past. I'll have to keep an eye out for it. Thanks!
